Business profile

Email

Configure your business email for the Inbox email channel.

Setup instructions (SendGrid Inbound Parse)
  1. Set up a domain or subdomain for receiving email (e.g. mail.yourbusiness.com).
  2. Add an MX record pointing to mx.sendgrid.net with priority 10.
  3. In SendGrid, go to Settings > Inbound Parse and add a host/URL.
  4. Set the destination URL to your emailWebhook Cloud Function URL.
  5. Check "POST the raw, full MIME message" is OFF (use parsed mode).
  6. Add your SENDGRID_API_KEY to Firebase secrets for outbound email.
